How do you get my consent?

By placing an order with us and providing your information at checkout, you consent to our collection and use of that information to complete the sale and deliver your order.

We may present an opportunity for you to sign up for periodic communications from us. If you consent to receive communications, this agreement will remain in effect until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

We disclose to third parties only the information necessary to process your payment, order and shipment.

We also may disclose your personal information to governing authorities if we are required to do so by law.

Section 4 – third-party services

We currently accept payments only through PayPal, a third-party service. PayPal maintains its own privacy policy governing collection and use of personal information. You should read their policy if you have questions about how they use your information.

When you order from us, you will be directed at checkout to PayPal’s website to provide your payment information to complete your order. After successful payment, PayPal will return you automatically back to our website. PayPal does not share your credit card information with us. We receive confirmation only that your payment was made.

We take your security very seriously. We protect your personal information as jealously as we guard our own. We take every reasonable precaution and follow current industry best practices to avoid system breeches.

While we currently do not collect credit card information, our website is equipped with the security safeguards necessary required to securely gather this information. When you enter your name, address and personal information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with high level encryption, just as it would be if we collected sensitive credit card information. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards whenever more stringent security protocols are developed.
